Raymond 'Ray'SPENCERSPENCER RAYMOND 'Ray' Died at home on 7th July after a short illness. Onetime solo euphonium player in Burbage Silver Band, then Lutterworth Band. Teacher at Whetstone Church School, Mason, Bowls player, Tennis player and friend of many. Marian and family wish to thank everyone who came to Ray's Funeral at Narborough Church, and Marian's friends who rang the Church bells and Lutterworth Band for their lovely music in Church, and Father Alan for conducting such a beautiful Service. Thank you too, for all the cards, messages, flowers and kind words from so many people. We thank the lovely District Nurses and Emergency Doctors, who came when needed night or day, and especially the caring Doctors at Enderby Medical Centre for all their support, and for all who made Ray's last days easier to bear. Finally to Richard Ward and staff for their help and guidance in arranging Ray's Funeral.
